Meat and fish grill on the Gamazo dam, in Santander. We are located next to the bay of Santander, in one of the most privileged areas of the city.

Come eat the best Cantabrian fish and the best meat in the region at La Caseta de Bombas. We get up early every day to go to the Santander fish market and get the best fish at auction, without intermediaries. Our meat is organic from Cantabria, from the Siete Valles de Montaña cooperative.

Visit at the bottom the pumps that bailed out the water from the dam, enjoy the history of this area of Santander with a video that we have prepared and walk through our dining room watching the photographic exhibition.

A unique experience: you can have lunch and/or dinner in a privileged place, in one of the most beautiful bays in the world, on a balcony overlooking the sea, but inside a historic building.

With a menu made up of 90 dishes, we offer traditional products such as rabas, salpicón or salad; various types of organic meats - sirloin, chop, lamb, suckling pig or entrecote -, fresh fish brought from the Santander fish market, various salads and desserts.
