Not only the excellent cuisine, under the master hand of the prestigious chef Sergio Bastard, works that magic with our clients, but a good part of the responsibility for the high level of satisfaction that they transmit to us is due to the competent work in the room, combined with exquisite treatment, both daily and at events, by the team led by the well-known Sommelier and Maitre Erika Vásquez, with extensive experience in tastings and event preparation.
