Welcome to Center Suite, my name is Pilar and I was practically born in a boarding house and I have always loved practicing the delicate art of hospitality, closeness and, at the same time, professionalism.

That's why, when, together with my husband, we acquired this old guesthouse, we looked each other in the eyes and asked ourselves: “why not?”, and we decided to recover the spirit of the house and that of our dreams.

Center Suite offers you five beautiful rooms with kitchenette in the heart of Santander.

They are all different, we want you to be able to choose where to stay and even want to try them all.

The location is excellent, just 5 min. from the cathedral, the town hall square, and 10 min. from the Botín Center and the Bay of Santander (one of the most beautiful in the world).
We are located next to the beautiful Alameda, perfectly connected by public transport to the beaches and shopping centers.

We wanted to respect the style of this 19th century building as much as possible. We undertook a careful rehabilitation and were able, while incorporating totally new and comfortable facilities (newly built toilet, heating and air conditioning, high-end comfort mattresses), to maintain the essence of the old property.

We carefully cleaned the walls until we could show off the exposed brick, we searched among the famous Cantabrian stonemasons for a good marble to cover our toilets, we completely renovated the old wooden windows, adding acoustic insulation and at the same time respecting the style.

And here it is, our dream come true, five beautiful suites with vintage-style decoration. For this we have the Viarce - Aguilar de Campoo team).

If you want to see the city and enjoy it to the fullest, we are perfect for you, for those crazy romantic events, a crazy weekend with friends, a business visit, to accommodate friends who come to see you, for that annual reunion of the lifelong gang, for solo getaways.

In addition to the perfect location, the careful silence, the relaxed comfort and the renewed vintage style, we offer you our love and our desire to make your stay unique.
We will inform you of what you need, we will tell you the history of the city, we will entrust you with our places of worship for some rabas, a good pincho or an unforgettable seafood platter, the lost shops that still survive, the latest designer drinks.

All this makes this new hotel establishment the ideal option for 'Bleisure' (a concept that combines 'business' or business with 'leisure', leisure), to stay when attending a work meeting, getting to know Santander and its tourist attractions, spending a weekend with friends, starring in a romantic madness, or enjoying a solo getaway.

Different options and plans to stay in different rooms, named after illustrious neighbors or notable places in Santander: Pérez Galdós, Menéndez Pelayo, Paseo de Pereda, Puerto Chico and Reina Victoria.

Center Suite is a charming accommodation, spacious rooms where attention to detail, beauty, kindness, service and the maximum disposition of its staff prevail.

Our accommodation is oriented for the enjoyment of couples and for the rest and disconnection of adults, a hotel without pets, without children... in short, without noise.

However, if you want accommodation in which pets are allowed, or you are traveling with children, we can provide you with other apartments within our private chain without any obligation.
